Ideally, the basis of an acceptable level of documentation would consist in an Executive Summary and a Business Plan. The more complex the project, the more elaborate the Business Plan will need to be. However, we will not request more documentation than is necessary and in certain situations an Executive Summary will be sufficient for our purposes.

Note that the Executive Summary will contain an outline of the project, particulars of the business and of the owners/promoters. The Business Plan is a more detailed description of the project and will invariably contain financials such as Cash Flow projections, Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss Accounts.

After our evaluation of all available documentation, we will thereupon start working with associated financiers towards a financing solution.
